Default Blue Screen Of Death

Hi,

I have been running Guild wars on my computer for nearly two months now and for some reason as of Friday whenever I try to enter a mission in the game my game runs for about 30 seconds and then I get a blue screen of death memory dump message

I use a:
AS Rock P4VM800 mb
a gig of ram
a Sapphire Radeon 9250 video card
Intel Pentium 4 2.8ghz presscott

I have already update my bios and drivers as well as my windows xp home sp2. I would also like people to keep in mind that the game worked fine up until 2 days ago including the missions. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I don't rely know what it is, it flashes momentarily it looks similar to a physical memory dump error is there anyway to check without forcing my computer to go through it?

Edit: I just tried recreating it and it didn't even get a blue screen this just a black screen and it restarts, but this only happens after I try to enter a mission when I just go out into the world to hunt the game works fine

Be sure that Automatically Restart is disabled. To do this you can do the following:
  • Right click My Computer
  • Properties
  • Advanced tab
  • Startup and Recovery
  • Settings...
  • Uncheck the box beside "Automatically Restart".

Have you changed any hardware recently?

No, none at all the only thing I did was try to install an operating system onto a blank hard drive using my computer as a shell, my hard drive was disconnected at the time, and the blank one is no longer attached to my computer. That was around a week and a half ago and I hadn't had any problems until Friday.
